Handmade traditions from Pelion

Wild fruits slow-boiled in copper pots by the women of Vizitsa.
No shortcuts, no additives — just Pelion’s harvest preserved in glass.

Our Promises

What we stand for

01

100% Pure

No preservatives, no pectin, no thickeners. Small batches boiled gently until the natural syrup speaks for itself.

02

Local Harvest

Every cherry, fig, chestnut, and herb is hand-picked from Pelion’s slopes at the peak of its season.

03

Copper Tradition

The same heavy copper cauldrons our grandmothers used. Slow fire, patient stirring, timeless recipes.

Honest Craft

From orchard to jar

Step 01

Wild Harvesting

We climb the steep slopes of Pelion to hand-pick fruits and herbs. Each fig, cherry, or chestnut is individually checked for size and ripeness.

Step 02

Sorting by Hand

Fruit is cleaned using mountain spring water. Stones removed, figs peeled by hand, one by one, ensuring zero waste.

Step 03

Slow Boiling

Fruits boil in traditional copper cauldrons with pure sugar. No pectin — just patience and natural syrup caramelization over gentle flame.
